An alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Miss Aishwarya regularly appears before High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Education Tribunal in the State of Rajasthan. Backed by her experience of over 3 years in litigation and internships with various prominent law firms of India, Ms. Aishwarya has advised some of the leading business houses and companies of Rajasthan in matters pertaining to Contracts Act, Companies Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Income Tax and Intellectual Property law. Additionally, Ms. Aishwarya has also assisted several clients, Banks and NBFCs in matters pertaining to Securitization of Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Recovery of Debts due to Bank and Financial Institution Acts, 1993. As an avid legal scholar, Miss Aishwarya has also published various research papers in prominent legal journals on topics pertaining to Surrogacy, Human Rights and Legal Ethics.
