Aishwarya heads the Mumbai office of ASM Law Chamber, an advocate with nearly nine years of experience in litigation and corporate advisory work. Her litigation practice spans a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes. She has handled matters end to end under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Commercial Act and SARFAESI Act, along with proceedings relating to Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Direct Tax matters before the appropriate boards and Tribunals. She also appears in writ and miscellaneous petitions involving questions of law and fact before High Courts, including disputes relating to government tenders, land and employment. Alongside litigation, she advises clients on transactional and corporate matters. This includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing documentation, and examining tender conditions. More recently, she has expanded her practice into capital markets, assisting with work related to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). This combination of courtroom and advisory experience lets her approach each matter with both the dispute and the commercial picture in view.
