With a masters in Criminal and Securities Law and a meritorious undergrad from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad Miss Apeksha Tiwari actively appears before the High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench, State Consumer Forum, Trials and Sessions Court, Consumer Forums, Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission, Rajasthan and various Tribunals. Miss Apeksha Tiwari has an experience of over 5 years and has prior to joining the firm, interned at some of the leading law firms of the country. She has represented various prominent individuals and business houses in matters pertaining to Indian Penal Code, Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, Matrimonial Disputes, Negotiable Instruments Act and Goods and Services Tax Act.
