An alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Mr. Suveer Gaur has a unique mix of exposure and experience in both the corporate and litigation areas of practise. The same has enabled him to develop a holistic and all-encompassing approach towards understanding legal problems and offer effective and innovative solutions to domestic and international clients from across sectors for over 7 years and counting. Mr. Suveer regularly appears before the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Commercial Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial and quasi- judicial fora and has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and NCLT Jaipur. He supervises and leads the Arbitration, Corporate and Transactional practice of the firm and is actively involved in Corporate Advisory, drafting and Public Procurement advisory. Owing to the completion of the Executive Level of Company Secretaryship and his prior experience in the Capital Markets sector, he also has a deep understanding of Company Law and the overall Business Regulatory Framework in India.
